# Rough Diamond Founders

APX Vision FZE's Dubai founder-formation studio, led by Cyrille C. Catel. Profiles applicants by gift, expertise and goal, deliberately matches founding teams of three or four, and facilitates their work toward incorporation. The studio holds 4% formation equity at incorporation; founders share 96% equally. Ventures are the founders' own. The program is not a funding guarantee or recruitment into Cyrille's other businesses.

Planned 2027 cohort windows: January, mid-March, May, mid-June, mid-September and November. Exact dates, fees, durations and capacity are not confirmed. Live application intake is not enabled. Forge Track and post-Forge advisory are optional; their terms are pending.
